National & StateTax Credits In February 2009, Connecticut Preservation Action (CPA) and Hartford Preservation Alliance (HPA), in conjunction with the owner of 56 Arbor Street, Hartford, CT, Al Pedemonti, hosted a seminar for for-profit and non-profit developers on using Federal and State tax credits.
